在全球变革与挑战交织的时代,青年作为最具创新活力和发展潜力的群体,是推动可持续发展的关键力量。为助力青年在全球治理、跨文化交流等方面发挥作用,北京外国语大学定于2025年7月14—15日在香港举办“全球胜任力青年论坛”。
In an era where global transformations and challenges intertwine, youth, as the most dynamic and promising group, serves as a key driving force for sustainable development. To empower young people to take on greater roles in global governance and cross-cultural communication, Beijing Foreign Studies University will host the Youth Forum on Global Competence in Hong Kong from July 14 to 15, 2025.
为鼓励各国青年关注全球议题,促进各国青年互学互鉴,论坛将面向内地和港澳台招募本科生及研究生(含外国留学生),围绕联合国可持续发展目标(Sustainable Development Goals,简称SDGs),为学生提供主题发言机会,同时邀请专家学者、实务工作者做主旨报告和发言点评,为学生搭建与专家深入对话的交流平台,共同探索面向未来的可持续发展路径,为构建人类命运共同体贡献青年智慧与力量。
The Youth Forum on Global Competence invites undergraduate and postgraduate students (including international students) from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan to participate, aiming to encourage global youth engagement with worldwide issues and promote mutual learning among young people across regions. Centered on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the forum provides students with opportunities to deliver thematic speeches while featuring keynote speeches and commentary sessions by scholars and practitioners. This platform facilitates in-depth dialogues between students and experts to jointly explore future-oriented sustainable development pathways, ultimately contributing youth wisdom and strength toward building a global community with a shared future.

四、论坛内容 Forum Content
论坛包括专家主旨报告、青年平行论坛等不同形式。主旨报告由专家围绕SDGs发言。青年论坛为学生提供发言机会。
The forum features various formats including expert keynote speeches and youth parallel sessions. The keynote speeches will focus on SDGs, delivered by experts while the youth parallel sessions provide students with opportunities to share their perspectives.
五、参会证书 Attendance Certificate
学生将通过参与论坛发言、交流,深化全球视野与责任担当、提升跨文化交流能力,还将获得:
By participating in forum speeches and exchanges, students will broaden their global perspective, cultivate a stronger sense of responsibility, and enhance their cross-cultural communication skills. Furthermore, they will receive:
1. 论坛参会证书:所有参会学生将获得由组织单位联合颁发的参会证书;
2. 论坛发言证书:所有完成青年论坛发言的学生将获得由组织单位联合颁发的发言证书;
3. 优秀学员证书:表现突出者可获得优秀学员荣誉证书。
1. Forum Certificate: Students will receive a forum certificate jointly issued by the organizing institutions;
2. Forum Speech Certificate: Students who successfully complete speeches will receive a forum speech certificate jointly issued by the organizing institutions;
3. Outstanding Student Certificate: Exceptional participants will be awarded the Outstanding Student Certificate in recognition of their outstanding performance.

1.论坛时间:2025年7月14—15日(7月13日为报到日,论坛日为1.5天)

3.报名时间:2025年6月18日前或额满为止

(3)6月26日前主办方组织专家审核发言摘要,确认学生是否入选青年论坛发言并给予反馈。

(3) By June 26, 2025, the organizing committee will arrange for experts to review the submitted abstracts, determine whether the student is selected to deliver a speech at the parallel sessions, and provide feedback.
