第八届全国外语教师教育与发展学术研讨会三号通知
南京· 2019年10月25-27日
随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,国家对培养高素质国民和现代国际化人才提出更高要求,各级外语教育将实施各类新标准,外语教师教育与发展面临诸多新挑战。经中国英汉语比较研究会外语教师教育与发展专业委员会决定,“第八届全国外语教师教育与发展学术研讨会”将于2019年10月25-27日在南京召开。本次会议由南京师范大学承办,外语教学与研究出版社、上海外语教育出版社等机构协办。
自2005年首次举办以来,“全国外语教师教育与发展学术研讨会”吸引了越来越多外语教育界人士投身于教师专业发展的学术研究与实践探索。该学术研讨会(单年)与专题研讨会(双年)已成为本领域深具影响力的学术交流平台之一。本次会议将邀请本领域国内外知名专家做大会主旨报告,并将通过专题研讨、团队展示、教学工作坊、分组发言等形式展现最新的研究成果。我们热忱欢迎高等教育和基础教育领域的外语教学研究和管理者、相关专业的研究生等相聚南京,共议教师发展,共享学术盛宴!

3. 教学展示/教学工作坊:有意组织教学展示或工作坊的单位或个人,请简要描述其课程内容及研讨方式(500字以内)。

1. 会务费1200元/人,研究生600元/人,报到时缴纳,会务组将开具正式发票。参会人员的往来交通费、住宿费等费用自理。

China now has entered a new era, in which high-end talents with global perspectives and foreign language skills are in greater demand than ever. A series of newly issued national standards have been issued or implemented at different levels in foreign language education nationwide, posing new challenges to foreign language teacher education and development by and large. Against this background, the 8th National Symposium on Foreign Language Teacher Education and Development, organized by the National Association of Foreign Language Teacher Education and Development, will be held between 25-27 October, 2019 in Nanjing.
Since first convened in 2005, this biennial event together with its companion seminar in the interval year has attracted academics and professionals in the areas of language teacher education and development research and practice. It has become one of the most influential and leading academic events in the field. The coming 8th symposium will invite internationally renowned experts to deliver the keynote speeches. Foreign language teachers, teacher educators, scholars, administrators and MA/PhD students from China and from other parts of the world are all welcome to participate in the symposium, sharing their latest research and practices in various forms.

Submission of proposals
Proposals must be sent to the symposium email flted2019@163.com by Tuesday 30 July, 2019 (abstract and bio note, including name, affiliated institute, email and phone No.). All proposals will be peer-reviewed by a panel of experts. Notification of acceptance of a proposal will be made by Friday 20 September, 2019.
