The 3rd International Conference on Ecolinguistics (ICE 2018) Call for Papers

The 3rd International Conference on Ecolinguistics (ICE 2018) will take place in Guizhou Normal University, China, Oct. 26-28, 2018. This conference aims to provide a platform for scholars to discuss interdisciplinary research in the field of ecology and language and also to share ideas on the construction of ecological civilization.
This conference is hosted by China Association of Ecolinguistics and organized by Guizhou Normal University; the co-organizers include Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (China), Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press (China), Language Sciences (Elsevier), Journal of World Languages (Routledge), Functional Linguistics (Springer) and Foreign Languages in China.
The theme of ICE 2018 is Ecological Civilization and Ecolinguistics. We invite theoretical, methodological, empirical, and pedagogical contributions dealing with:

2. Development and Research Trends of Ecolinguistics

4. Different Paradigms of Ecolinguistics
5. Ecological Discourse Analysis

Submission Guidelines:
Abstracts can be submitted through the conference e-mail: ecolinguistics2018@126.com. Deadline for submission: Aug. 15, 2018. Authors should submit abstracts of up to 300 words (English) or 500 words (Chinese). All submissions will be subject to double-blind peer review. You may submit only one abstract as single/main author and one additional abstract as a co-author.
