Types of Presentation：

1. Oral presentation: Three papers in each session and each paper will be allocated with 15 minutes of presentation followed by a discussion period of 5 minutes.

2.Poster presentation (mainly for graduate students): Poster presenters will need to prepare a poster (150cm x 90cm) to display summary of their work.

发表形式：

1.口头论文发表：每场次发表3篇论文，每篇论文发表时间为15分钟，5分钟为自由问答时段。

2.海报论文发表(以硕博生为主)：论文发表者需自行打印全开直式 (约高150cm × 宽 90cm) 海报。

Paper Submission Guidelines：

1.Abstracts should be about 250 to 300 words; full papers (or 3-5 pages outlines) should be single-spaced with a maximum of 15-pages in length. Quality papers will be published as a special issue by Taiwan International ESP Journal (TIESPJ). For TIESPJ publication policy, please visit its web site at http://www.tespa.org.tw/.

2.Paper Size: A4 with margins of 2.50cm on each side.

3.Headings: Times New Roman, font size 14. Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12.

4.Prepared as Microsoft Word document based on APA 6th edition format.

1.摘要以250-300字为原则，全文总页数不超过15页(或3-5页大纲)。 采APA第六版格式。会议优秀论文将由Taiwan International ESP Journal (TIESPJ)刊出，相关出版条件请见http://www.tespa.org.tw/。

2.纸张：A4用纸，上下左右各2.50cm。

3.字体：标题用14号字（粗体），内文用12号字。字型：Times New Roman。

4.行高：固定行高16pt（中文），单行间距（英文）。
