发表形式：

1. 口头论文发表：每场次发表3～4篇论文，每篇论文发表时间为 15 分钟，5分钟为自由问答时段。
2. 海报论文发表：论文发表者需自行打印全开直式 (约高150cm × 宽 90cm) 海报，张贴于主办单位根据论文编号所准备之墙报板上。

Types of Presentation：

1. Oral presentation: Three to four papers in each session and each paper will be allocated with 15 minutes of presentation followed by a joint discussion period of 5 minutes.
2. Poster presentation: Poster presenters will be provided a poster board to which they can affix summary of their work.

论文格式：

1. 中英文摘要各以不超过250～300字为原则，总页数不超过15页。 采APA 第六版格式。 
2. 纸张：A4用纸，上下左右各2.50cm。 
3. 字体：标题用14号字（粗体），内文用12号字。 
4. 字型：标楷体（中文），Times New Roman（英文）。 
5. 行高：固定行高16pt（中文），单行间距（英文）。 
6. 摘要、投稿数据表和论文全文一律用电子邮件惠寄至dfll@asia.edu.tw或cle@asia.edu.tw。
7. 电子邮件标题请注明: 2013专业英语文国际学术研讨会- 姓名,论文名称

Paper Submission Guidelines：

1. Abstracts should be about 250 to 300 words; full papers should be single-spaced with a maximum of 15-pages in length.
2. Paper Size: A4 with margins of 2.50cm on each side.
3. Headings: Times New Roman, font size 14. Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12. 
4. Prepared as Microsoft Word document based on APA 6th edition format.
